Transformational Guide and Alchemist

Kim Lackie is the founder of Sovereign Path Alchemy and the creator of the Sovereign Embodiment Method — a three-phase clinical framework guiding women from identity rupture to sovereign self-leadership through the transitions of midlife.

After more than 27 years in Canadian law enforcement, serving across the Northern Territories and at National Headquarters, Kim retired and navigated her own profound identity transition. She raised triplets, born in 2006, while her career was in full motion — learning firsthand what it costs to hold everything together for everyone else and arrive at the other side wondering where she went.

She holds Master Practitioner certifications in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) / Time Line Therapy® (TLT®), NLP Coaching and Hypnotherapy, and she draws on her Scottish and Nordic heritage, the Celtic Wheel of the Year, and deep clinical training to guide women through major life transitions: the empty nest, divorce, widowhood, retirement, peri/menopause, and the caregiving role.
Through the three phases of her method — UnEARTH, ALCHEMIZE, EMBODIMENT — she works at the level where the question actually lives: in the unconscious mind, the body, the nervous system, and the identity structure built around core safety needs.

Kim is a contributing author to the forthcoming second book in the series that began with Empowered: The Journey from Victim Island to Solution City, and the proceeds are donated to Girls Matter, supporting girls’ education in Uganda and Kenya.
