Kianna Edwards is a business professional and virtual support strategist with a background rooted in organizational leadership, personnel administration, and operation efficiency. She spent seven years as a Human Resouces Specialist in the United States Army, where she supported workforce operations, maintained personnel records, assisted with compliance processes, and ensured administrative accuracy across multiple functions.
 
Her transition from military service into the civilian workforce revealed a desire for a more purpose drive career path, one that offered flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to build something sustainable. Following a serious car accident involving her and her sister, Kianna gained a renewed perspective on the value of time, intention, and long term impact. This pivotal moment reinforced her commitment to pursuing work that aligns with her values and allows her to create generational stability.
 
Kianna is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, alongside a minor in Psychology and a pre-law focus. This educational foundation strengthens her ability to approach client operations with both strategic structure and human centered understanding.
