Kerry Bolton is an award-winning entrepreneur, data strategist, and founder of Caring Lotus, an NDIS care provider she built from the ground up into a multi-million-dollar business. With a background in business analysis and a passion for systems that serve people, not just profit, Kerry has spent her career helping others turn complex challenges into clear, human-centred solutions.Before launching Caring Lotus, Kerry worked in data-driven roles in both the US and Australia, developing a sharp eye for process, risk, and strategic growth. Her leadership style combines structure with soul, putting connection and community at the centre of everything she builds. Under her leadership, Caring Lotus grew to over 100 staff, with a reputation for care that’s personal, scalable, and built to last.Kerry’s work has earned her national and international recognition.
