The Game That Shaped Me
Basketball wasn’t just my passion—it was my identity. It took me from Estonia to Auburn University in the U.S., then into a professional career across Europe. For ten years, I proudly wore the Estonian national team jersey. I trained relentlessly and played through pain but no one ever taught me how to train my mindset.

The Transition That Transformed Me
Like many athletes, I believed pushing harder was the answer. But the harder I pushed, the more fear and self-doubt pushed back. When my career ended, I faced a question I wasn’t ready for: Who am I without basketball? That moment sparked a deeper journey into how the mind works and I discovered it can be trained like a muscle. That insight changed everything.

I broke through my own limits and uncovered the confidence to grow into who I really am. I wasn’t just a former athlete. I was a leader, a learner, and an entrepreneur in the making.

The Mission I Lead Today
Today, I’m an Athlete Transition Coach, keynote speaker, and founder of the Mindset Fitness™ methodology. I hold an MBA from TalTech, where I researched self-handicapping in high performers, and I’m a Certified Neuroencoding Specialist trained by Joseph McClendon III.

I’m currently developing The Inner Game™ coaching experience and leading the Athletepreneurs™ movement—supporting athletes who want to win in life and business, not just in sport. I also serve as the first female president of BNI North Star Tallinn, Estonia’s chapter of the world’s largest business networking organization.

A brief encounter with Kobe Bryant left a lasting impact, and his Mamba Mentality remains a core influence in my work.

I help pro athletes train the part of themselves no one ever coached, so they can become confident in who they really are on and beyond the game.
