Kenza Tounakti is an online fitness coach, content creator, and founder of Strong Mind, Strong Body Coaching. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario and has been coaching women since 2022, helping over 500 clients directly and reaching thousands more through her educational content. Today, her community spans over 147,000 Instagram followers, 68,000 YouTube subscribers, and 168,000 TikTok followers.

Kenza's journey into fitness began during the COVID-19 lockdowns, a period that forced her to confront some of the most challenging experiences of her life. After struggling with her mental health, losing confidence in herself, and turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms, she found herself disconnected from who she was. Looking for a way to regain control, she began working out in her mother's basement. What started as a way to heal quickly became a catalyst for profound personal transformation.

As her confidence grew, Kenza began sharing her journey online as a hobby. After experiencing a dramatic physical and mental transformation in just a few months, she posted a YouTube video explaining the fundamentals of fat loss. The video went on to receive more than 1.6 million views, and people began reaching out for guidance and coaching.

Recognizing that her true passion was helping others transform their lives, Kenza made the decision to switch her studies from Computer Science and Mathematics to Kinesiology. She later used a university tuition grant to launch her coaching business and fitness app, turning a personal journey into a mission-driven career.

Through her coaching, writing, and content, Kenza combines evidence-based fitness, nutrition, psychology, and behavior change to help women build strong bodies and stronger minds. She believes fitness is about far more than changing how you look, it's a tool for developing self-trust, discipline, confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Kenza's mission is to empower women to take ownership of their lives, discover their inner strength, and realize their full potential. She believes that when individuals heal, grow, and step into their power, they create a ripple effect that positively impacts their families, communities, and ultimately the world.
