Dr. A. Keith Carreiro

A. Keith Carreiro, Ed.D., is a Harvard-trained educator, author, creativity researcher, speaker, and musician whose work explores creativity, critical thinking, human potential, literature, faith, and the relationship between science, technology, and the human spirit.
 
He earned both his Master of Education and Doctor of Education degrees from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, where his studies focused on teaching, curriculum, learning environments, creativity, and critical thought. Over a career spanning more than five decades, he has taught learners from preschool through postgraduate education and has devoted more than thirty years to the study of creativity and the development of human potential.
 
Dr. Carreiro helps individuals recognize, cultivate, and release the genius within them. Through his MindWeaving™ work, he brings together imagination, discernment, reflection, inquiry, memory, and expression to help writers, educators, and lifelong learners deepen their thinking and creative practice.
 
He is the author of award-winning fiction and poetry, including The Immortality Wars, a science-fiction and fantasy series examining faith, power, transhumanism, mortality, and the human longing to overcome death. His poetry collection Send Down the Master in Person reflects on the capture of Adolf Eichmann and the moral responsibilities of memory, justice, and witness.
 
As the founder of Copper Beech Press, Dr. Carreiro continues to write, teach, speak, and develop resources that encourage creativity, disciplined thought, spiritual reflection, and meaningful personal growth. His work is grounded in the belief that every person possesses unrealized capacities that can be awakened through courage, inquiry, imagination, and purposeful practice.
