Katrina Fox

Katrina Fox is a former professional dancer with a passion for the fitness industry, who ventured into the corporate world of pharmaceutical events and marketing before daring to follow her passion for Reformer Pilates.
 
Fuelled by her love for movement, she single-handedly founded RFRM. Studios in 2023 with a mission to create an inclusive, welcoming space for everyone. In just under two years, she’s opened three stunning locations; starting in Tamworth, expanding to Solihull in 2024, and most recently launching her Covent Garden studio in central London.
 
Katrina’s brand stands out by breaking down the cliquey barriers often associated with Reformer, inviting people of all shapes, sizes, genders, and experience levels into a space built with warmth and pure love.
