Karen Blakeley is a Transpersonal Psychologist, leadership coach, academic and published author with over 25 years’ experience in leadership and management development. Her mission is to help leaders build legacies they can be proud of by cultivating conscious awareness, courageous decision-making, and compassionate action.

Previously, Karen founded and led the Centre for Responsible Management at the University of Winchester Business School, where she taught, researched, and published on responsible leadership. She also hosted influential leaders driving change at the intersection of business, ethics, and sustainability.

Now working independently, Karen brings together deep expertise in psychology, organisational dynamics, power and politics, and spirituality. She offers grounded, practical coaching for leaders navigating complexity and pressure—supporting them to connect to their True Self and higher purpose, and to break free from the traps of defensiveness, overwork and stress.

Karen’s passion is Responsible or Conscious Leadership: a way of leading grounded in radical self-awareness and present-moment regulation.
