Leadership Identity Architect
Justine Asante is a leadership identity architect, author, researcher, and developer of the Performance-to-Power Evolution®. She is the founder of The Institute for Sustainable Authority™, where her work focuses on authority stabilization, identity recalibration, and sustainable leadership for high-achieving women leaders. She has been honored for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who in America 2026 for her contributions to leadership development, systemic research, and executive recalibration.
Her work examines how Performative Productivity® often begins long before a woman enters leadership, forming through family systems, generational expectations, cultural conditioning, and early praise for being responsible, capable, selfless, and easy to rely on. As women advance, performance-based environments often reinforce this identity by rewarding over-functioning, over-responsibility, emotional labor, and constant output as signs of excellence.
Asante reframes burnout as Authority Erosion®, a systemic pattern where women may continue to appear successful while quietly losing access to self-trust, wellbeing, internal clarity, and embodied authority. Drawing from systems thinking, identity development, leadership conditioning, nervous system regulation, and her background in marriage and family therapy, she created Performative Productivity®, the Performance-to-Power Evolution®, and the Harmonious Sustainable Authority® Model.
Her professional accomplishments include serving as a senior nonprofit leader managing strategic partnerships, community systems, program operations, and initiatives supporting children and families. She contributed to multimillion-dollar funding efforts, supported research on mindfulness, refugee experiences, Black coupling and incarceration, and served as a graduate teaching assistant in systemic family dynamics, gender, and ethnicity. Her honors include Golden Key International Honor Society and Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education. She has spoken at national conferences, delivered keynote addresses, and facilitated more than 100 professional workshops and mini retreats. She was also featured in FARE’s May 2023 Leadership Spotlight for her advocacy and community partnership work connected to food allergy awareness, access, and education.
Through The Institute for Sustainable Authority™ and Glamorous Goddess Coaching™, the implementation arm of the work, Asante actively recalibrates high-achieving women leaders from externally regulated performance into sustainable authority. Her mission is to establish a new standard for leadership where ambition, power, wellbeing, self-possession, and the ability to remain highly effective can coexist.
