Julia Williamson
Transformational Voice Coach
Julia began her career as a professional singer in the 1980s, balancing her passion for music with a corporate job until redundancy in 2000 became a turning point. When her 18-month-old son’s health deteriorated despite months of pharmaceutical treatment, Julia sought alternative methods outside mainstream medicine. Within three days, his condition improved dramatically, inspiring her to explore holistic approaches to health. This also led her to address her own challenges with persistent voice problems, mood instability, and depression.
What Julia discovered was life-changing: the key to transformation was healing limiting beliefs and releasing trauma stored in the physical, mental, and emotional body. Her recovery from childhood abuse became a deeply spiritual path she continues to this day. In 2003, Julia became a certified Past Age Clearing and Healing Practitioner, and in 2006, she founded her first Singing & Healing School. By combining affirmations with mantras in individual and group sessions, she developed a formula that has helped thousands overcome addiction, depression, and anxiety, while realigning with their purpose, reclaiming joy, and living more authentic lives.
Maddy Monacelli, Julia’s daughter, joined her in 2016, bringing unique talents to the work. A gifted singer, Maddy overcame perfectionism to unleash a voice of crystalline clarity that resonates deeply, opening hearts and inspiring healing. Influenced by metaphysics, spirituality, and past-life healing, she is committed to growth and transformation. Certified as a Past Age Clearing and Healing Practitioner in 2023, Maddy is a Holistic Voice Coach in the Sing to Thrive Healing Hub, an online school for voice activation and deep healing. Maddy also runs a successful singing business, helping students of all ages build vocal skills and confidence. She performs with professional music bands in the Byron Shire.
Together, Julia and Maddy have created a science-backed methodology using music, singing, and sound to activate positive neuroplasticity and foster holistic transformation across emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual realms. Their work enhances brain health, joy, resilience, and authentic expression. Through the Sing to Thrive Healing Hub, in-person events, and worldwide retreats, they are building a global community dedicated to connection and transformation. Their original music inspires positive change and is central to their healing work. Their mission is to empower individuals to use their voice as an instrument for healing and growth, creating a ripple effect of change within communities and across the planet.
