Founder | Advancing Leadership, Identity & Legacy

Josephine Eneje is the founder of Dame Jo! and Jo Eneje®, the ecosystem through which she supports purpose-driven professional women navigating leadership, identity and legacy.

With more than twenty-five years of leadership experience across media, telecommunications and maritime industries, Josephine has worked in complex professional environments that often require navigating difficult decisions and competing priorities. She held senior roles spanning human resources leadership, global project management and organisational change, championing initiatives that strengthened women’s participation, progression and leadership capability within organisations.

Having spent decades contributing within systems built by others, her work explores how professional women move from contributing within organisations to building systems of their own.

Through Jo Eneje®, she shares real-life experiences, insights and lessons drawn from more than two decades of her career and leadership journey, equipping purpose-driven women to navigate leadership, identity and legacy with greater clarity and fewer detours.

Josephine is also a certified cosmetic formulator and the founder of Dame Jo!, a skincare brand created for time-conscious professional women navigating demanding careers and high-pressure environments. Through Dame Jo!, she expresses her approach to restoration and returning to self through skincare grounded in science, nature and soul.

Together, Dame Jo! and Jo Eneje® form the ecosystem through which Josephine supports professional women, from how they navigate leadership, identity and legacy to how they care for their skin and wellbeing, shaping who they are becoming inside and out.
