Josephine Eneje is a human transformation architect and founder with over 25 years of corporate experience across media, telecommunications, maritime, and skincare industries. She is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and a certified cosmetic formulator, whose career spans multi-disciplinary leadership roles in human resources, global project leadership, change management, and enterprise transformation, operating at the intersection of people, performance, and purpose.
 
Throughout her career, Josephine has applied systems thinking and people-centred leadership to help individuals and organisations grow with intention and sustainability. In senior leadership roles, including Head of Human Resources, she championed gender inclusion initiatives that strengthened women’s participation, progression, and leadership capability in the workplace, while raising standards for performance and accountability.
 
Today, Josephine focuses on turning lived experience into enduring impact. Through her writing, teaching, and long-form conversations, she shares insight shaped by decades of leadership to shorten the learning curve for career and professional women navigating leadership, identity, and change. Her work is grounded in the belief that experience, when intentionally applied, becomes the foundation for building legacies that endure.
 
She is the founder of Dame Jo!, a purpose-led skincare brand created for time-conscious career and professional women in demanding professions. Built on the philosophy of “empowered skin, empowered women,” Dame Jo! translates lived leadership and formulation expertise into intentional, restorative skincare that supports wellbeing as a foundation for sustained excellence.
 
Josephine is also the founder of Lab to Legacy. Through Lab to Legacy, her purpose is to guide women in realising their potential by transforming formulation expertise into enduring enterprises, enabling personal fulfilment while building legacies that transcend the individual and create impact that echoes across generations.
