Based in Australia, she is the founder of Mindset and Me, offering personalized 1:1 and group services both virtually and in person.
 
With a rich medical background spanning 15 years as a Registered Nurse, Jessica brings a deep understanding of orthodox medicine to her holistic approach. However, her true passion lies in natural healing and holistic practices. Motivated by her own journey of healing from significant trauma, Jessica has embraced her innate empathy and answered a universal calling to step into the personal development space professionally. Jessica believes in the intricate interconnectedness of body, mind, and soul, recognizing that healing in all its forms – physical, mental, and emotional – is multifaceted.
