Jennifer Emery

Dr. Jenni Emery, PhD, RN, is the founder of The Merc Centers, an educational platform dedicated to personal transformation, nervous system awareness, and belief reprograrmming. With more than two decades of experience in nursing, leadership, and coaching, she brings a unique perspective that bridges clinical understanding with metaphysical practice to help individuals reconnect with their internal authority and emotional clarity.
 
She is the author of Scripted From Within and a children's book author in the A Garden in My Mind series, which introduces emotional awareness and self-trust concepts to young readers. Dr. Emery is also a co-host of a personal growth podcast called The Spiritual Grind, that explores identity, belief systems, energy awareness, and conscious everyday living.
 
She teaches workshops including Energy Reset, an educational experience designed to help participants understand the relationship between the nervous system, emotionals patterns, and energectic regulations through the ancient art of chinese meridians. Her work focuses on making personal growth practical, accessible, and grounded in everyday life.
 
Dr. Emery is also a co-creator with her husband of Lucidium World, a gamified metaphysical learning ecosystem that blends education, creativity, and interactive experiences to help individuals explore intuition, self healing practices, and self-developement in engaging ways.
 
Through writing, teaching, coaching, speaking engagements, and program developement, her mission is to help people move from survival-based patterns into intentional living by understanding how identity, emotion, and energy work together to shape human experience.
