Jenna Bayuk is a strategic operator, people-centered leader, and the founder of Kinship Kollective—a boutique consultancy that provides tailored fractional support to growth-stage entrepreneurs, executives, and venture-backed firms. With more than 15 years of experience across business development, marketing, operations, and people and culture, she partners with visionary founders to bring structure, clarity, and forward momentum to their businesses.
