Jamie Coscia

Mindset Coach

Jamie Coscia, LCSW-R, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mindset Coach, and founder of Time to Heal Coaching. For nearly 30 years, Jamie has dedicated her career to helping individuals heal from anxiety, trauma, and the emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

Throughout her clinical career, Jamie worked with children and families impacted by trauma, witnessing how early experiences shape emotional responses, beliefs, and protective patterns that often carry into adulthood. As she began working with adults, she recognized that many intelligent, capable, high-achieving women are not held back by a lack of ability or motivation—they are often held back by patterns their brain and nervous system developed to keep them safe.

A pivotal moment in Jamie’s professional evolution came when she discovered EFT tapping over 10 years ago. This expanded her understanding of healing beyond traditional cognitive approaches and deepened her appreciation for the connection between emotions, the nervous system, the body, and lasting transformation.

Through Time to Heal Coaching, Jamie helps high-achieving women who appear successful on the outside but privately struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, procrastination, overthinking, and self-sabotage. She helps women understand the protective patterns keeping them stuck, heal what has been holding them back, cultivate self-trust, and create powerful identity shifts so they can finally move forward on the dreams and goals they have carried for years.

Jamie’s approach integrates nervous system regulation, trauma-informed healing, EFT tapping, and energy alignment. She believes lasting transformation happens when women understand themselves with compassion, release outdated patterns, and reconnect with their vision, purpose, and the person they are becoming.

As an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, Jamie writes about the intersection of neuroscience, trauma-informed healing, and energy alignment, exploring self-sabotage, emotional healing, identity transformation, and the science behind meaningful change.

Jamie believes the greatest tragedy is not failure, it is allowing fear, self-doubt, or old protective patterns to keep us from becoming who we are capable of becoming. Her mission is to help women stop talking themselves out of their dreams and step into their next chapter with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.
