Jade Taussig

Psychotherapist, Coach & CEO

Jade Taussig is an accredited UKCP Psychotherapist, Coach, entrepreneur and co-founder of Integrated Wellness, with over 17 years of experience helping people improve their mental health, emotional wellbeing, confidence and quality of life. Combining psychotherapy, coaching and innovative wellbeing practices, she is dedicated to helping individuals move beyond survival mode and create lives that feel more authentic, meaningful and fulfilling.

Jade's professional journey has been shaped by a deep belief that lasting change requires more than symptom management. Through Integrated Wellness, she helps individuals understand the root causes of their challenges, develop greater self-awareness and build the confidence needed to create meaningful and sustainable transformation. Her work integrates Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, EMDR, EFT, CBT, coaching and movement-based approaches, allowing her to tailor support to each individual's unique needs.

She holds an MA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from WPF Therapy, one of the UK's leading psychotherapy training institutes. She is an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Her additional training includes EMDR, EFT, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), NLP Coaching and Dance Movement Psychotherapy.

Alongside her clinical and coaching work, Jade is the creator of Mood Moved, an innovative workshop series that combines psychotherapy, movement, creativity and self-expression. Drawing on her experience in dance, martial arts and therapeutic practice, Mood Moved offers trauma-informed workshops designed to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, confidence and personal growth. Through collaborations with art therapists, dancers, actors and martial arts practitioners, the programme creates unique opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves through embodied and creative experiences.

Jade has also spent more than a decade supporting individuals with disabilities, chronic health conditions and neurodiversity, including Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and Autism. The lived expererience of having Dyslexia and Dyspraxia herself, has lead her to feel passionate about helping people recognise that differences need not be limitations and that, with the right support, challenges can often become strengths.

Beyond wellbeing, Jade is the CEO & Co-Founder of We Are The News, a community driven news based social media platform built on the principles of freedom of expression, transparency and open dialogue. Through this work, she champions informed discussion, diverse perspectives and stronger community engagement. Through We Are The News, she has created opportunities for students from universities across the UK and around the world to gain meaningful work experience, contribute to real projects and develop valuable professional skills. Seeing students grow in confidence, capability and ambition has become one of the most fulfilling and inspiring aspects of her work.

Whether through psychotherapy, coaching, workshops or entrepreneurship, Jade's mission remains the same: to help people better understand themselves, unlock their potential and create lasting positive change in their lives and communities.
