Isabel Theissen is an ICF-accredited Motherhood & Leadership Coach dedicated to empowering women through one of life’s most transformative chapters: motherhood. Before becoming a coach, she built a successful career in digital marketing at global fashion brands including Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, Farfetch, and Ecco. Her experience in these fast-paced environments gives her deep firsthand insight into the pressure modern mothers face when balancing ambition and family life.
 
Isabel’s work focuses on guiding women through the profound shifts that accompany becoming a mother–especially the often invisible identity changes. Many women discover that their “old life” no longer fits and struggle to step confidently into this next chapter. Isabel supports them in redefining their priorities, returning to work with clarity, and reconnecting with a more grounded, authentic sense of self.
 
Through 1:1 coaching and group programs, she creates a supportive and forward-moving space for modern mothers–driven, high-achieving women navigating demanding careers and family responsibilities–to rebuild clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her approach helps clients honor their needs, pursue meaningful goals, and design lives that feel aligned, joyful, and sustainable.
