Iesha Taraboulsi

Founder of Graceful Discoveries

Iesha Taraboulsi is a Certified Neuroscience Coach, author and founder of Graceful Discoveries, a platform dedicated to helping women understand what happens to the brain, body and sense of self after betrayal, trauma and unexpected life disruption.

Her work brings together lived experience, neuroscience and more than 25 years of professional experience across intelligence, investigations, fraud, governance, risk and compliance. That investigative background gives Iesha a distinctive perspective on the patterns that can emerge after shock, including hypervigilance, replaying conversations, searching for answers, questioning reality and struggling to trust your own judgement.

Following her own experience of profound personal and professional disruption, Iesha began studying more deeply why the brain responds the way it does when safety, certainty and identity are suddenly shaken. Rather than viewing overthinking, checking or the need to understand every detail as personal weakness, her work explores the survival responses driving those behaviours and how women can begin moving from reaction to clarity.

She is the author of Take Back Your Power and creator of the Calm the Chaos Method, a neuroscience-informed framework designed to help women stabilise, understand their responses, interrupt unhelpful patterns, reconnect with themselves, strengthen self-trust and make choices from a clearer place.

Through Graceful Discoveries, she creates practical tools, education and resources for women navigating betrayal, relationship disruption, workplace toxicity and the wider experience of having life change without their permission.

At the heart of Iesha’s work is one principle: Don’t ask a survival brain to make life-changing decisions. Her mission is to help women understand what is happening inside them first, so they can stop questioning themselves, rebuild trust in what they know and begin taking their power back.
