Hannah Townsend
Intimacy and Self Connection Coach
Hannah Townsend is an Intimacy & Self-Connection Coach and founder of PLSRXO ÍNTIMA, working at the intersection of mental health, intimate desire, and relational dynamics.
Her work draws on extensive experience across clinical mental health settings and the intimacy industry, supporting growth driven individuals, couples, and high-performing professionals—including founders and business leaders—as they navigate emotional disconnection, burnout, and challenges sustaining intimacy and identity shifts during periods of growth and expansion.
She has practiced within group settings such as Atlanta Therapeutic Collective, Ellie Mental Health, and CWC Coaching and Therapy, where her work has focused on relational patterns including overfunctioning, difficulty expressing needs, and the emotional toll of high responsibility. Her approach integrates psycho-educational insight and embodied awareness to support deeper self-trust, emotional regulation, and more intentional ways of relating.
She is a Certified Erotic Blueprint™ Coach and a Level 1 trainee with the Rapid Coherence Institute, incorporating somatic and experiential, coherence-based, and pleasure-oriented frameworks into her work around intimacy, regulation, and connection.
In parallel, she brings extensive hands-on experience in the intimacy industry, including work in erotic retail and education through spaces such as Tokyo Valentino, Hustler Hollywood, and Starship Enterprises. She previously served as a brand ambassador for Hustler Hollywood and is currently a brand ambassador for Starship Enterprises, guiding individuals and couples in understanding their bodies, desires, and sexual wellness in practical, accessible ways.
Her work is also shaped by personal experience, including growing up as an only child of divorced parents and witnessing the emotional strain, burnout, and lasting relational impact that can come with early trauma and high levels of responsibility. Combined with her own experience in high-performance environments through over a decade of competitive dance, along with experience in competitive swimming and performing piano, this shaped her focus on understanding human behavior and how pressure, achievement, and emotional disconnection can coexist—both individually and within relationships—and how vulnerability within intimate relationships can rebuild and enhance connection, trust, and emotional safety.
Her insights have been featured in publications such as Blavity and 21Ninety. She has also contributed written work on mental health, grief, intimacy, and personal development through Ellie Mental Health.
In addition to her writing, she has led educational workshops and speaking engagements at Frolicon and ConNooga, and was a guest speaker at Menopour at The Reading Room alongside Dr. Sheila Payton, where she spoke on sexual wellness practices across menopausal stages—translating emotional and physiological shifts into practical tools for connection and pleasure.
