Genna Zimmel is an AI implementation strategist, Technical Project Manager, and founder of Torus Solutions — a company at the intersection of conversational AI, CRM automation, intelligent agent systems, and digital business infrastructure.

Over the course of her career, Genna has worked across CRM implementation, sales infrastructure, business operations, and growth systems — watching how organizations adopt new technology, where they succeed, and far more often, where implementation becomes expensive, slow, and largely ineffective. That pattern became the foundation of her work: closing what she calls The Implementation Gap — the distance between organizations that deploy AI strategically and those that waste significant time and money on tools they were never equipped to use well.

Genna has built and deployed production AI systems hands-on, including Sibyl — a full-stack conversational AI companion incorporating contextual memory architecture, retrieval-augmented generation, personality framework design, and Web3 NFT-gated membership infrastructure built on Ethereum. She has implemented Salesforce CRM systems including lead generation pipelines, sales enablement programs, and enterprise CRM migration, and has built content automation systems using Airtable and agent workflows across multiple platforms.

Her guiding design principle — Support Over Dependency — shapes every system she builds. AI should make people more capable without it, not more reliant on it. That philosophy drives both Sibyl's conversational architecture and her approach to enterprise AI implementation.

Genna is currently completing formal training in Cloud Computing and Python for AI through edX, and is actively available for Technical PM, AI Implementation, CRM Automation, and AI Agent Development roles and consulting engagements.

She is based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and documents her build journey publicly through Torus Solutions and Sibyl.
