After living abroad in Africa, Europe, and the US, Gaelle found herself settling in Toronto, Canada, where she pursued a Master’s in Human Resource Management from York University. Through the struggles she experienced in job hunting, even as a recent graduate with international experience, she realized that she needed to approach the job market differently. This mindset change led her to secure diverse HR roles within various multinational organizations. Moreover, this affirmed her determination to pursue a greater purpose: helping internationally educated and experienced professionals in achieving their career aspirations. After obtaining her Certificate as a Life Coach from the Flow Coaching Institute, she spends her time coaching her clients worldwide, empowering them to navigate the path towards successfully landing their dream jobs.
