Fabienne Renders is a Learning & Development Strategist and Women’s Leadership Mentor with more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, including the last 20 years dedicated exclusively to Learning & Development. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading organisations across sectors, designing and implementing learning strategies, corporate academies, and leadership programmes that create meaningful change for both people and business.

Her work is grounded in a clear conviction: learning should do more than inform. It should lead to real behaviour change, stronger leadership, and measurable business impact. Over the years, Fabienne has designed and delivered learning initiatives that have impacted more than 25,000 professionals, helping organisations move beyond one-off training towards learning experiences that truly make a difference.

Her passion for this work is both professional and personal. At the age of 29, she was suddenly placed in a team leader role without training, mentoring, or support. That experience shaped her understanding of how costly it is when organisations expect people to perform and lead without investing in their development. It also became the starting point for her life’s work: helping organisations and individuals grow with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Through her company TalentMakers®, Fabienne works with HR Directors, Learning & Development leaders, and organisations that want learning to become a strategic lever for growth. She helps them diagnose why learning is not translating into behaviour change, strengthen the connection between learning and business priorities, and design learning journeys that people engage with and apply in practice.

Alongside her corporate work, Fabienne is passionate about mentoring women leaders. She helps them strengthen self-awareness, clarity, confidence, and authentic leadership so they can expand their influence and impact while staying true to themselves.

Fabienne is the founder of TalentMakers®, the creator of START-TO-LEAD®, and the author of The SHE Leader Self-Discovery Journal. Her mission is simple: to create better learning, stronger leadership, and more meaningful development for people and organisations alike.
