Erika Allison is the founder of NuFeet Medical Pedicures®, creator of the medical pedicure business model, and a recognized pioneer in the evolution of professional pedicure services. In 2012, she introduced a private, condition-based approach to pedicures that provided clients with a more personalized experience while addressing concerns often overlooked in traditional salon settings. By incorporating physician collaboration into her service model, she helped create a pathway for individuals with complex foot and toenail conditions to receive both cosmetic and medical support in a welcoming environment.
 
Over the past decade, Erika has dedicated her career to elevating the pedicure profession through education, innovation, and advocacy. Through NuFeet Academy, she has trained professionals worldwide, sharing the systems, techniques, and business strategies that helped build her successful foot spa model. Her educational programs have empowered thousands of nail professionals to expand their knowledge, increase service value, and build thriving businesses centered around specialized pedicure services.
 
In addition to education, Erika is an inventor, speaker, consultant, and industry advocate. She developed the Disposable Mini Brush™, an innovative tool designed to improve hygiene and efficiency during nail services, and continues to create resources that support both professionals and clients. She is also the founder of Pedi Pro United, a professional event dedicated to bringing together pedicurists, podiatrists, and foot care nurses to advance education, collaboration, and excellence within the industry.
