Erica Moseley is a global speaker trained through the Les Brown Academy, tech mentor, author, and star of the documentary COVID-19 Homeless Out-Reach Awareness. She has spoken at colleges, nonprofits, corporations, and government forums worldwide. Erica focuses on youth empowerment, workforce development, and creating pathways into tech careers through mentorship and AI education. Her mission is to equip the next generation with the tools, confidence, and blueprint to thrive in a technology-driven world, trained through the Les Brown Academy, tech mentor, author, and star of the documentary COVID-19 Homeless Virus Outreach Awareness. She is a leading advocate for youth empowerment, workforce development, and community impact.

Erica is the founder of EriCare, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating pathways into tech careers, economic mobility, and long-term stability through mentorship, housing advocacy, and mental health support.

With a professional background in technical recruiting, AI, and workforce development, Erica has worked across both the tech and nonprofit sectors, helping individuals gain access to high-growth career opportunities. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and focuses on equipping underserved communities with the skills, confidence, and exposure needed to succeed in today’s digital economy.

Through EricaRe, she leads initiatives that provide tech career workshops, AI education, youth mentorship, and career coaching, along with access to essential resources. Her programs are designed to help individuals and families move from uncertainty to stability while preparing the next generation for careers in technology and beyond.

Erica has spoken at colleges and universities, as well as to schools, nonprofits, corporations, and government officials worldwide. Her work blends lived experience, professional expertise, and public storytelling to inspire actionable solutions and generational impact. Her mission is to expand access to tech, education, and opportunity empowering the next generation with a clear blueprint to thrive in an evolving, technology-driven world.
