There's a particular kind of exhaustion that no holiday fixes. The kind that lives underneath a successful career, a full diary, a life that proves your worth on paper, and quietly asks: is this it?

Eeva Salvik knows this exhaustion from the inside. As a former corporate lawyer, she spent years measuring her worth through achievement, chasing the next milestone in the belief that external success would one day create inner fulfilment. On the outside, her life looked ideal; inside, she was running on empty.

In 2018, burnout stopped her. She realised that no amount of pushing through or overthinking could bring her back to herself. Something deeper had to change.

Her return began through slowing down enough to listen: to her body, her emotions, and the natural world that had been quietly waiting. Nature became her teacher. In stillness, she began to reconnect with what had been buried under years of striving: her feelings, her intuition, her own sense of what was true. She learned that the disconnection so many high-achievers feel isn't a flaw. It's what happens when a person has spent years living from the neck up, managing life rather than feeling it.

Years later, her two-and-a-half-year fertility journey deepened this further. Trying to conceive taught her that some things cannot be controlled. That the body has its own wisdom. That life has its own timing, and learning to trust it, rather than manage it, changes everything.

What she found, and what she now guides others toward, is that returning to yourself isn't a project to complete. It's a practice of coming home: to stillness, to truth, and to the inner wisdom that was always there beneath the noise.

Today, Eeva works with professionals across Switzerland and internationally who sense their old way of living no longer fits. She offers deep 1:1 coaching for those navigating life and identity transitions. As a certified Forest Therapy Practitioner and Forest Bathing Guide, Eeva also brings an evidence-based approach to corporate nature-based wellbeing programs in the Swiss landscape and forest therapy support for clinics and therapists working with clients managing anxiety and burnout.

Eeva is known for her calm and warm presence, deep empathy, and the ability to sense what is really going on beneath the surface, creating space where clients can finally stop performing and start listening inward.
