With over 600 business owners and leadership teams under her belt & recognised as one of the top 6 businesswomen in NZ, Debra excels in guiding businesses to overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, and achieve their vision.
 
Drawing from her extensive experience as a business owner, Debra has first-hand knowledge of both the triumphs and setbacks that come with running mid-sized businesses with up to 220 staff.
 
Having lived the high life of business success and endured the hard lessons from two business train wrecks, Debra's journey has shaped her grit and determination, which she now shares with clients to help them accelerate their business growth.
 
With global experience working across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, the UK, and the USA, Debra brings a unique, international perspective to her coaching. As a natural challenger of the status quo, she drives transformative change and thrives on difficult conversations that help businesses move forward.
 
Outside of work, Debra enjoys a vibrant life with her husband Steve, their two mini schnauzers, and three cats. An avid adventurer with a love for sports cars, motorbikes, and cycling, Debra also enjoys exploring the world through photography, capturing the beauty of nature on her travels.
 
Debra is a lifelong learner, speaking three languages (albeit at varying proficiency) and continuously growing in her field. With her personal tattoo reminding her that even mentors remain students, Debra embraces both teaching and learning with equal passion.
 
Debra owns 3 companies & invests in other businesses. She is an international speaker, an author & the host of the Better Business, Better Life Podcast.
