Debora Gemmell is a mentor for people who know they are meant for more.  She supports professionals and coaches who feel held back by self-doubt or imposter syndrome and want to make steady, meaningful progress toward the personal and professional lives they imagine for themselves.

With more than 25 years of mentoring experience, Debora began her coaching career in 2017 after recognizing a pattern she knew well herself: accomplished and capable people quietly wrestling with fear, hesitation, and an unforgiving inner critic. For years, she appeared confident while privately trying to outrun self doubt through what she calls “The Overs,” which include overachieving, overproducing, overcompensating, over pleasing, and pushing herself to be overly brave. She eventually realized that many others were doing the same and that it did not have to be that way.

This insight shaped her practical approach to helping clients quiet their inner critic, reclaim confidence, communicate with clarity, strengthen relationships, and take steady action toward meaningful goals.

Debora is the founder of Debora Gemmell Coaching and the author of Me, My Thoughts and I: Daily Tips and Tools for Thriving. Her clients, located around the world, report feeling calmer and more peaceful, experiencing greater self trust, clearer focus, improved communication, stronger relationships, and renewed momentum in life and work.
