Dr. David Peat is known as Architect of Transformational Learning and Global Educational Reform. He is a visionary educator, psychologist, and international consultant whose five-decade career has shaped education systems across the world. As CEO of Transformational Education Inc., he has led large-scale reform initiatives for governments, NGOs, and international agencies, including UNESCO, UNICEF, and GIZ. Grounded in a philosophy that learning must be inclusive, equitable, and deeply human, Peat has worked in post-conflict and resource-constrained contexts such as Afghanistan, Liberia, Jordan, and the Caribbean, designing curriculum frameworks, teacher development programs, psychosocial support systems, and technology-driven assessment tools that bridge research and real-world application.

With a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and extensive experience as both an educator and clinical psychologist, Peat brings a rare integration of intellectual rigor, cultural sensitivity, and practical innovation to his work. He is the creator of globally implemented frameworks and tools, including the SPELT model, InQ, EdMetrix7, and the Dimensions of Wellness Assessment, all designed to reduce inequities and strengthen educational outcomes.
