Crissy Fishbane
Keynote Speaker & Writer
Crissy Fishbane is a keynote speaker, writer, and educator exploring one central question: What actually helps us build a meaningful life?
Drawing from psychology and lived experience, her work focuses on worthiness, courage, curiosity, and belonging. Rather than offering another formula for becoming more productive or successful, Crissy is interested in the questions underneath those pursuits: What are we trying to prove? What keeps us from taking the risks that matter? How do our assumptions limit what we're able to see? And what happens when we prioritize genuine human connection in a culture increasingly pulling us away from it?
Crissy holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and spent years teaching psychology before co-founding HER Health Collective, a community dedicated to improving the lives of mothers through connection, education, and access to trusted experts. Through its award-winning podcast, Mama Needs a Moment, she has interviewed more than 160 experts across psychology, relationships, health, identity, parenting, and personal development.
Her own life has also shaped the questions she explores. At 16, she survived a life-threatening electrical accident involving approximately 13,000 volts. She later spent six months traveling through Central America and walked nearly 500 miles across Spain on the Camino de Santiago. Those experiences deepened her curiosity about how people make meaning, take courageous action, connect with one another, and decide how they want to spend the limited time they have.
In 2026, Crissy placed third out of more than 4,000 speakers in season 7 of Next Top Speaker. Today, she speaks and writes about how we can stop performing for our worth and build lives with greater courage, curiosity, connection, and meaning.
