Cora Darlington
Menopause & Midlife Transformation Coach
Cora Darlington is a Menopause and Midlife Transformation Coach that is rewriting the narrative of what is possible for women after 40. With over 20 years of coaching experience and credentials spanning NLP, CBT, life coaching, women's wellbeing, executive coaching, meditation, and yoga, she has dedicated her career to guiding women through one of life's most misunderstood transitions.
After navigating her own midlife unravelling during perimenopause, Cora recognised a profound gap in how women are supported through this passage. Mainstream approaches focus on symptom management and decline narratives, leaving women feeling invisible, powerless, and ashamed. This realisation led her to create "The Menopause as Sexy" movement—a revolutionary reframing of menopause as a woman's upgrade, not her ending.
Cora is the creator of HOMECOMING, a comprehensive 12-month transformational programme for discerning, spiritually aware women aged 40-60+ navigating perimenopause and menopause.
The journey guides participants through four sacred passages: The Great Undoing (identity dissolution and permission to fall apart), The Deep Forgiveness (self-compassion and shadow integration), The Reclaiming (body wisdom and village building), and The Rising (sovereignty and next chapter design).
Her approach integrates shadow work, body attunement, healthcare navigation, and complete sovereignty activation.
Author of "The Great Surrender: A Guide to Your Homecoming," Cora's work is distinguished by her commitment to lived experience as her primary authority. She doesn't just study midlife transformation—she has walked through it herself and continues to embody the demographic she serves.
This authenticity allows her to hold space for the messy, complicated, edgy reality of this transition while honouring its sacred nature.
In partnership with US-based strategist Michelle Fetsch, Cora is expanding her transformational work into the American market alongside her established UK presence.
As an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine, she brings thought leadership to conversations about midlife, menopause, and women's power.
Her core philosophy challenges women to work with transformation rather than manage it, to see surrender as wisdom rather than defeat, and to recognise menopause not as a medical problem but as the most transformative threshold of their lives.
Her mission: Making midlife transformation sacred, not shameful. No woman left behind.
