Constanze Zientek

Women‘s Coach

Constanze Zientek is a women’s coach who works with highly sensitive women in their thirties. She helps them navigate the challenges and feelings of pressure that women in this decade tend to experience, and encourages them to cultivate inner strength, embrace embodied leadership, and build authentic, aligned lives. Her approach blends emotional depth, clarity and self-trust, creating a grounded yet intuitive space for personal growth.

Constanze is furthermore practicing as a lawyer for over ten years, specialising in inheritance law. It was her close work with clients during emotionally complex life transitions, combined with her own professional and personal journey through her thirties, that led her to coaching. She completed her coaching training in 2022 and is currently working on the creation of a podcast.

Constanze is fluent in English, German and Italian. She has a good knowledge of French and Spanish, and is currently learning Greek, Portuguese and Turkish. A core value in both her work and her life is lifelong learning, and she is constantly investing in her education at multiple levels.

In her free time, she enjoys dancing Salsa and Bachata and loves the Mediterranean. She also feels deeply connected to horses and water sports.
