Claire supports professionals who are at a crossroads in their life, uncovering which way they should turn. She is passionate about unsticking those who have become trapped by their careers. Claire's refreshingly direct approach to supporting her clients by combining a motivating blend of coaching, training and accountability to support clients with cutting through complex issues, allowing them to focus on what really matters.
 
After 20 years in education, Claire completely changed her life, when faced with the questions, 'Is this it?' Stepping away from her well-established career into the unknown, Claire bought her first business in 2022. Using her background of middle and senior leadership, in education, her qualifications in coaching, together with what she has learned from that business, Claire now supports others who are making a change in their careers.
 
In her spare time, Claire has three children. She enjoys spending time with her family, walking the dog and traveling.
