Charlotte Cheetham

Gut Health Coach

Charlotte Cheetham is a Gut Health Coach for menopausal women suffering from symptoms that impact on their ability to manage their daily activities at work and at home.

Her background is in nursing where she worked in a number of different corporate settings in both the private and public sectors as an Occupational Health Advisor. She is also a trained Nutritional advisor and NLP Master Practitioner.

Following a spell in hospital with a massive gut infection 2 years ago she wanted to learn how to better manager her gut health to prevent furhter hospital admissions. She consequently gained a qualification as an Advanced Gut Health Nutritional Advisor with the Health Sciences Academy and now empowers menopausal women to overcome their own gut health problems so they can function more confidently and efficiently both at work and at home.

Outside work she enjoys orienteering, walking her Jack Russell dogs and gardening.
