Cece Warren
Certified Counsellor and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist
Cece Warren has spent her career and a calling unpacking the heart of what makes us human: Connection. As a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Counsellor specializing in couples and relationships, Cece has dedicated years to helping people build bonds that are strong, safe, and loving. Her work is deeply personal. After 15 years of navigating, emotional dysregulation, unhealthy dating patterns, unspoken needs, disjointed boundaries and struggles with self-worth, Cece has transformed her own healing into the foundation of her practice. She openly shares that her past behaviour in her relationships was emotionally unsafe and at times hurtful and contributed to unhealthy relationship dynamics. Owning her responsibility for change and doing the work to become emotionally healthier, grounded and safe wasn't always easy - but it was life- changing. Today she is grateful every day that her children get to grow up in a house filled with calm and security. Professionally, Cece's path has been diverse and impactful. She's taught sex education, supported survivors of sexual violence, worked in immigration and settlement services and provided counselling through Employee and Family Assistance Programs. She has shared her voice on Global News Saskatoon and the John Gormley show, bringing importance conversations about relationships into the public eye. In her clinical practice Cece is extensively trained in the Gottman Method and continues advanced training toward certification. A particular passion of hers is helping individuals and couples recover from betrayal - a trauma that society often minimizes, but one that Cece names for what it truly is: devastating, yet healable. As the founder and CEO of The Relationship Wellness Clinic, Cece now leads a team of highly trained therapists, creating a specialized team of care for individuals, couples and families, She is currently writing two books - one on betrayal recovery and another on her journey of emotional regulation and reactivity. Both carrying her core belief, healing is possible, and connection is worth fighting for.
