Cathy Levin
Transformational Life Coach & Autism Advocate
Cathy Levin is a transformational life coach, entrepreneur, speaker, and autism advocate whose work explores personal transformation, relationships, resilience, mindset, parenting, and a more human-centered understanding of autism.
Cathy’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that lasting transformation requires more than understanding something intellectually. We practice it in order to manifest it—not simply read about it to gain insight. Her work helps people recognize the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and experiences shaping their lives and consciously begin creating something different.
In her relationship and personal-development work, Cathy brings together emotional awareness, personal responsibility, intuition, and a deeper understanding of human connection. Rather than focusing only on what has happened to someone, she encourages people to discover who they can become because of what they have lived through.
Her autism advocacy introduces a Two-Way Adaptation philosophy: instead of expecting autistic people alone to continually adapt to the world around them, Cathy advocates for families, educators, businesses, communities, and society to learn how to better understand and adapt to autistic people as well. Her vision emphasizes dignity, communication, inclusion, strengths, and support for the whole family.
As an entrepreneur and speaker, Cathy is building platforms that bring these worlds together—transformation, relationships, advocacy, business, and purpose. Through her writing, coaching, speaking, educational programs, and future community initiatives, her mission is to help people feel seen, recognize their potential, and turn difficult chapters into meaningful new beginnings.
