The Disco Ball Coach

Caren Cooper is The Disco Ball Coach and a TedX speaker she is a former corporate good girl — she the woman high-achieving women  leaders and entreprenuers come to when their outer success no longer matches their inner reality.

On paper? They look powerful. Impressive careers Businesses and titles, the one everyone counts on. But internally? They’re exhausted from performing. Second-guessing. Apologizing for taking up space and hiding and shrinking. Holding it all together with white knuckles and a smile.

Caren helps them stop shrinking, stop over-functioning, and stop apologizing for the space they take up.

Because here’s what she knows: Imposter syndrome isn’t a flaw. It’s an identity that was built to survive.

And survival identities are brilliant — until they start running your leadership.
Through her proprietary identity evolution work, Caren blends neuroscience, somatic regulation, trauma-informed mindset work, and energetics to help women rewire the stories that quietly dictate how big they’re allowed to be.
She doesn’t just coach strategy. She interrupts identity patterns. She listens for what’s being said — and what isn’t. She names the unconscious contracts. She stabilizes self-trust so leadership stops feeling fragile and starts feeling embodied.

Her clients don’t just gain confidence. They integrate the version of themselves who already knows she’s capable. The Disco Ball Coach helps them unscrew the version of themselves that was built to survive… so the real one can finally lead. Women come home to themselves and be who they were before the word told them who to be because a disco ball doesn’t dim to make other people comfortable. It reflects light in every direction. And you are not here to be palatable. You are here to shine.
