Burchell Gordon is a serial entrepreneur, brand strategist, and marketing leader whose work focuses on how organizations can harness technology, storytelling, and human insight to build stronger brands and more effective marketing systems. He is the Managing Director of Chaynge LLC, a marketing and strategy consultancy operating across the United States and the Caribbean, and the founder of the marketing consultancy Why Whisper?

Through his work, Burchell helps organizations design marketing strategies, brand frameworks, and digital transformation and engagement systems that align business goals with real audience needs. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Burchell brings a human-centered perspective to marketing and brand strategy, combining behavioral insight with modern data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. His work often explores how organizations can use marketing, digital platforms, and analytics not simply to promote products, but to build trust and lasting relationships with their audiences.

Burchell’s professional journey includes roles as a Brand Specialist at Jamaica National Bank and Brand Marketing Manager working with Nonviolence International at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Across his career, he has collaborated with organizations and brands including Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and public sector institutions across the Caribbean.

In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Burchell has completed executive training in Strategic Thinking and the Artificial Intelligence for Government programme at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, where he explored the role of AI, technology, and data in shaping modern marketing, communication, and public institutions. As a Brainz Magazine Executive Contributor, Burchell writes about marketing strategy, brand development, digital transformation, leadership, and the growing intersection between technology, communication, and human behavior.
