Dr. Briana Bender, D.C.
Mind Body Practitioner
Dr. Briana Bender is a chiropractor and mind-body practitioner specialising in the connection between stress, the nervous system, and chronic symptoms. She works with people navigating anxiety, fatigue, pain, gut issues, burnout, and emotional overwhelm who are tired of feeling stuck, exhausted by symptoms that do not fully make sense, and discouraged after trying so many things without lasting relief.
Through Neuro Emotional Technique and other holistic, patient-centred mind-body approaches, she helps uncover the deeper emotional and neurological stress patterns that can keep the body stuck in survival mode. Her work is rooted in the belief that symptoms are not random, but often reflect underlying patterns the body is still responding to.
By blending science, compassion, and a nuanced understanding of nervous system regulation, she helps people move beyond symptom management and toward meaningful, lasting change. Clients often experience shifts not only in their physical symptoms, but also in their energy, relationships, resilience, and overall quality of life.
Her mission is to make mind-body healing both credible and accessible, so people can better understand their bodies and reconnect with a greater sense of health, hope, and wholeness.
