Psychodynamic Psychotherapist

Bozena Skarbek-Cielecka was born in Poland as the eldest child in a family. Growing up, she decided to study foreign languages at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland.  Bozena has always been very people-oriented, making friends for life with those from different backgrounds and cultures. She got married and became a happy mum of three. After last pregnancy`s miscarriage, she had a breakdown, followed by a period of depression. Being in the treatment herself, she fell in love with psychotherapy and decided to change her profession. Studied art and music therapy first, then bodywork with a body psychotherapist, Michael Randolph, from "Radix", London. She wanted to deepen her knowledge to be able to help people with more severe and complex mental health difficulties. Hence, she entered the Laboratory of Psychoeducation in Warsaw - Poland, where she could deep-dive into Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Studies at a well-known European School for Psychotherapists and Coaches. Later, she undertook a course: "Psychodynamic Model of working with people diagnosed with Schizophrenia" in "PsychePlus" in Warsaw. She is passionate about this approach and has a solid education and the necessary skills to work with complex cases. She is known as a person full of warmth, empathy, and compassion, which are values she brings to the therapy. In 2020, she was awarded the European Certificate of Psychotherapy, the certificate of excellence in the profession. In her mid-forties, she left Poland, and since then, she has lived and worked in the UK, where she is settled for the rest of her life. She has never resigned from her ongoing development and growth. Modern Group Analysis Studies in Mallorca-Spain gave her the courage to dream wilder. Currently, she is studying Group Analysis, and her dream is to continue with the Group Analytic Qualifying course. Recently, she created the "Seeds of Love" Company. Her greatest mission is to plant seeds of love in people's hearts.
