ADHD Professional Coach
Blaine Holt is the founder of SortMySh!t, a coaching practice created to help late-diagnosed ADHD professionals cut through chaos and reclaim their lives. For over a decade, Blaine worked as a Product Manager in high-tech companies including EROAD, PVH, and Lemonade, where he drove digital innovation and navigated the high-pressure demands of corporate life. From the outside, he looked successful but behind the scenes, he was burning out.
In his mid-thirties, Blaine hit a wall. After a short holiday, he returned to work unable to open his laptop without crying. The symptoms stacked up: insomnia, relentless rumination, brain fog, gut issues, dopamine-chasing, and a crushing fear of failure. What he didn’t know at the time was that undiagnosed ADHD was fueling his exhaustion and self-blame. When the diagnosis finally came, it wasn’t just a label, it was a key that unlocked understanding, compassion, and a new direction.
Blaine’s recovery meant walking away from the 9–5 model and unlearning years of masking and overcompensating.
Out of that experience came SortMySh!t, a tongue-in-cheek name for a serious mission: to give professionals the tools, humor, and science they need to stop fighting their brains and start thriving with them. His coaching blends peer-reviewed research, evidence-based strategies, and lived experience, making him both a guide and a fellow traveler on the ADHD journey.
Today, Blaine helps clients transform overwhelm into clarity, burnout into resilience, and self-doubt into confidence. His work is dedicated to dismantling stigma, particularly for women and those with overlapping autistic traits, and to building practical, sustainable ways to succeed with ADHD in a world that wasn’t designed for neurodiverse minds.
