Bianca Ross
Counsellor, Founder of RNIF™ & WIS™
Bianca Marie Ross is a counsellor, trainer, speaker and framework developer specialising in neurodiversity, behavioural change and sustainable implementation. She is the founder of the Ross Neurodiversity Integration Framework (RNIF™), an evidence-informed framework designed to help neurodivergent clients bridge the gap between therapeutic insight and everyday life. She is also the creator of the Workplace Integration System (WIS™), which adapts the same principles to help organisations move beyond neurodiversity awareness and into meaningful, practical workplace inclusion.
Bianca's work has developed through years of supporting neurodivergent clients alongside extensive lived experience within her own family. Observing that many individuals gained insight in therapy but struggled to translate that understanding into daily life, she began developing structured approaches that prioritise integration over information. This philosophy now underpins both RNIF™ and WIS™, providing practical frameworks for clinicians, organisations and neurodivergent individuals alike.
Alongside her framework development, Bianca provides counselling, professional training and consultancy, supporting practitioners, workplaces and organisations to build environments where neurodivergent people can genuinely thrive. She is also the founder of Counsellor Care, an initiative supporting the wellbeing and professional development of counsellors.
Through her writing for BRAINZ Magazine, Bianca explores the intersection of psychology, neurodiversity, leadership and workplace culture, challenging traditional approaches and encouraging practical, evidence-informed change. Her mission is simple: to move the conversation beyond awareness and towards integration, creating better outcomes for neurodivergent people in every area of life.
