Astrid Loriaux
Equine Assisted Coach
After studying International Law, Astrid Loriaux began her career in employment before starting her own freelance business in 1996, which she still runs today. In 2011, she completed her training as an equine assisted coach, and from that moment on, she knew this was where her heart truly belonged.
In her coaching work, she offers a calm, grounded and safe space for both human and horse, allowing clients to explore emotions, patterns and questions with clarity. Her coaching horses provide intuitive, honest feedback on what lies beneath the surface, helping clients gain insight into what is ready to shift. She carefully safeguards the wellbeing of everyone involved, creating an environment where awareness can deepen and new perspectives can emerge.
This combination of professional experience, presence and the unique wisdom of horses forms the foundation of her work today.
