Aravind Sakthivel

CIO & Chief AI Officer

When most executives see AI as tomorrow's opportunity, Aravind Sakthivel is already delivering today's results. As the Equity Partner & Non-Executive Board Member at London AI Studio and a sought-after Fractional CIO/Chief AI Officer, he transforms technology from cost center to profit driver, turning CEO visions into measurable business outcomes across global enterprises.

With 23+ years steering enterprise IT and AI transformations, Aravind has mastered the art of flawless execution at scale. Recently, as Chief Information Officer at Esko Graphics (Danaher/Veralto), he orchestrated M&A integrations and divestitures with zero operational disruption—a track record that speaks to his strategic precision. He deployed ERP systems across Europe & India, led comprehensive cloud migrations, strengthened risk management and business continuity, and architected AI-powered automation that generated multi-million-dollar savings while building audit-compliant, cyber-resilient operations.

His 18-year tenure within the Danaher ecosystem, combined with strategic consulting at Oracle, KPMG, and GE, gives him a rare 360-degree perspective on enterprise transformation. This experience is anchored by world-class credentials: Harvard Business School executive education, an MBA in Business & IT from Nyenrode University, and Certified Enterprise Architect certification from Carnegie Mellon.

As a recognized thought leader bridging boardroom strategy and technological reality, Aravind has authored a journal on "Agentic AI In the Enterprise: How Autonomous AI Systems Will Reshape Business Strategy, Operations, and Leadership." He has two books launching soon: CEO Pitfalls and The 7 Principles of the Highly Effective AI Leader. He helps organizations not just adopt technology, but harness it as a catalyst for innovation, resilience, and exponential growth.

Aravind's mission is to provide strategic IT leadership that drives enterprise transformation by turning IT into a competitive advantage. If you're a CEO, board member, or investor, you don't want IT that just "keeps the lights on." You want technology that delivers measurable ROI and sustainable results.
