Anya Walsh
Feminine Embodiment & Pleasure Coach
Anya is a Trauma-Informed Feminine Embodiment and Pleasure Coach and Project Manager for Tao Tantric Arts. Drawing on a decade of experience in somatic practice, feminine embodiment, tantra, and nervous system health, she guides women and men to reconnect with the body, reprogram their relationship to pleasure, and expand their capacity for vitality, intimacy, and authentic self-expression.
Her work supports clients through one-to-one sessions and group retreats, focusing on building resilience through the body by gradually expanding the nervous system’s capacity to feel, process, and hold both the challenges of daily life and the depth of pleasure available to us. Through trauma-informed, body-based practices, she helps clients restore connection to their bodies, awaken life force energy, and cultivate deeper self-trust and embodied presence.
Anya has trained internationally with teachers across the fields of embodiment, intimacy education, trauma-informed facilitation, and tantric arts. Her work integrates a range of modalities including Tao Tantric Arts, somatic healing, conscious breathwork, somatic parts work, yoga, BioDevelopment Dance Therapy, sound healing, and nervous system regulation practices.
Alongside her coaching and facilitation work, Anya serves as Project Manager for the international platforms Tao Tantric Arts and LiveTantra, contributing to the development and organization of transformational training programs in embodied sexuality, energy cultivation, and conscious relationship.
Through her writing and teaching, she is passionate about helping people rediscover the intelligence of the body, reclaim pleasure as a pathway to healing, and cultivate deeper connection to themselves, others, and life.
