Anna Hirsch-Nowak
Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Nutritionist
I am a certified nutritionist and I completed postgraduate studies in psychodietetics at SWPS University in Poznań. In May 2023, I graduated from the School of Conscious and Healthy Lifestyle at the IMC Health Center in Wrocław, earning the professional title of Holistic Wellness Coach. The program was founded and led by Dr. Preeti Agrawal, a specialist in integrative medicine from the University of Arizona in the United States.
Dr. Agrawal’s school is the first institution in Poland to grant the title of Holistic Wellness Coach, which authorizes one to work as a healthy lifestyle advisor.
In December 2023, I also passed the professional exam for Ayurveda Consultant, Level I, based on the program developed by Dr. Partap Chauhan – one of the leading Ayurvedic doctors in India and founder of the renowned Jiva Ayurveda Institute.
In July 2024, I completed an international course and passed the exam, becoming a Women’s Coaching Specialist certified by the American GGS Academy.
In January 2025, I completed the international certification as a Menopause Coaching Specialist.
I am currently undergoing certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach at the American Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA). This program is approved by the UK & International Health Coaching Association and is recognized worldwide as highly prestigious.
For years, I have been continuously expanding my knowledge and qualifications in the fields of nutrition, psychodietetics, and healthy lifestyle, participating in various courses, trainings, scientific conferences, and retreats promoting healthy living. I am also increasingly exploring the field of ecopsychology, the elements of which I incorporate into my therapeutic work.
For over 20 years, I have been passionate about a holistic approach to human health, drawing inspiration from both Western and Eastern medicine. I believe that only a holistic view of a person can truly improve their quality of life and restore harmony and balance.
I am convinced that through proper prevention and conscious participation in shaping one’s own health, we can prevent many modern diseases. Focusing on building healthy habits should be the foundation of the medicine of the future — and I deeply believe that with greater awareness and proper education, this will become reality.
In my educational and workshop work, I focus primarily on prevention and on improving psychophysical well-being, which today is extremely important yet often neglected.
In my practice, I mainly work with women 40+, who either struggle with diet-related conditions or seek support during the entire perimenopause stage.
Throughout the therapeutic process, I support all my clients in regaining health and balance. I also organize trainings and workshops, both in-person and retreat-style, promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors and teaching ways to take care of psychophysical well-being, also known as wellness.
