Andrew Buzinsky is a business performance coach, former executive, and entrepreneur who works with founders and senior leaders to grow their business and leadership. His career started in engineering, where he focused on solving technical problems and building equipment, but everything changed when he was given the opportunity to build and lead teams. That experience shifted his focus from building products to building organizations.

Over the course of his career, Andrew has founded, scaled, and led businesses in the oil and gas sector, growing one company from 0 to nearly $120 million in revenue in just a few years. He has worked across multiple countries and industries, gaining a practical understanding of what it takes to grow a business in the real world, not just on paper.

He understands the pressure that comes with leadership because he has lived it. In one of his early executive roles, he stepped into a company with no cash in the bank and had to find a way to make payroll and pay vendors within his first week. Experiences like that shaped his approach to leadership, decision-making, and risk.

Andrew holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, an MBA, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Today, through Rodina Ventures, he combines his operating experience with a coaching approach to help leaders think clearly, make better decisions, and build businesses that can grow beyond them. His work focuses on helping leaders navigate growth, complexity, and the challenges that do not come with a manual.
