Vince Morales

Mindset, Identity, & Resilience Coach and Leadership Consultant

Vince Morales, MPS, MA, MCPC, is a Mindset and Identity Coach, Leadership Consultant, and Founder of Validus Coaching & Consulting. He helps individuals, leaders, and transitioning professionals examine the beliefs, self-image, and internal systems shaping their decisions, resilience, relationships, leadership, and results.

Vince’s work is grounded in a simple conviction: lasting change requires more than improved habits, better goals, or temporary motivation. It requires an identity capable of sustaining the change. Through his signature approach, Inspect. Deconstruct. Rebuild. Align., he helps clients identify outdated internal patterns, challenge limiting beliefs and assumptions, rebuild a stronger self-concept, and align their choices with who they are becoming.

A San Diego-based coach serving clients nationwide, Vince integrates mindset mastery, identity development, self-image transformation, resilience, leadership development, career transition, and personal culture into practical, systems-based coaching. His work is direct, psychologically informed, and designed to help people move beyond surface-level behavior change toward deeper, sustainable transformation.

Vince holds a Master of Professional Studies in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. He is a Master Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, a Certified Maxwell DISC Behavioral Analysis Trainer, and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

He is a Senior Level Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, a 2026 CREA Global Award honoree for the second consecutive year, a 2024 IAOTP Top Coach and Consultant of the Year, a 2022 SUCCESS 125 honoree, and a Brainz 500 Global Honoree. His work is informed by lived resilience, including a period of homelessness that strengthened his conviction that circumstances may shape a chapter, but they do not have to define identity.
