WholeNest wasn’t created as a business idea. It grew organically from Lital Bernstein’s life-years of studying and working in wellness, becoming a mother, supporting other women, and seeing the impact that simple, natural care could have.

Lital began her journey studying Shiatsu, eventually becoming a Shiatsu Master and teaching and working with diverse populations. Her curiosity about the connection between the physical and emotional body led her to study body-mind balancing, Chinese medicine, essential oils, Pilates, Theta Healing, spirituality, and conscious living. Through these disciplines, one belief became central to her work: the body holds tremendous wisdom, and learning to listen to it can be an important part of healing and transformation.

The beginnings of WholeNest came after the birth of Lital’s first child, when her doula introduced her to natural preparations for postpartum healing and recovery. She experienced their benefits firsthand and used them again after her second child was born. Over time, Lital began refining the formulas through trial and error, drawing on her knowledge of natural wellness and essential oils.
She made the products in her own home and shared them with friends after they gave birth. As more women experienced their benefits, Lital realized that what began as something personal could become something much bigger. She developed two additional products, creating the four-product WholeNest collection.

Today, WholeNest is manufactured in California in small batches, preserving the values with which it began: clean, safe, pure, effective ingredients, made with care and intention. Research and customer experience have since revealed uses extending beyond postpartum recovery into motherhood, child care, family wellness, and everyday life.

But WholeNest is more than a line of products. It is an extension of Lital’s deeper calling to support people,especially women,in healing,spitiyuality, growth, and transformation. Her own life and health challenges have deepened her compassion and reinforced her belief that wellness is personal. For Lital, it is about listening to the body, our emotions, and ourselves, and reconnecting with our own inner wisdom and purpose.
