Various biography texts will be used to present you on different parts of the website. For optimal visibility, we recommend that you spend a little bit of extra time polishing the texts to present you in the best possible way. All biography texts should be written in the third person; ensure thorough proofreading before submission.

In order for your content to gain as much visibility as possible in search engines, we recommend avoiding copying and pasting information from other platforms. Instead, write unique texts that address essential aspects, such as your experience on the topics you write about, and your expertise, including education, degrees, licenses, etc.
Intro text - for your articles
The intro text will be visible immediately under your name and title on your article pages, providing a brief background on your experience and expertise. Limit it to 1-2 sentences, with a maximum of 350 characters.

Short biography - for your articles
The short biography will be placed at the end of all your articles, next to the link to your profile page. It should be designed to pique readers' interest in learning more about you and your articles, keeping it short and informative. A length of 3-7 sentences is usually ideal.

The long biography will be featured on your profile page. Here you have the chance to write a comprehensive overview of your professional history and achievements. You have the freedom to add as much information as possible, but strive to keep it under 2000 characters.

Please note that we are unable to accept selfies or low-resolution images. If you don't have anything suitable, we highly recommend you contact a professional photographer to take some professional photos for you (which are always helpful to have on hand for your website and marketing materials.)

Your business id, tax id, or European vat id should be public information. Brainz Magazine’s HQ is based in Sweden, EU. Your business id, tax id, or European vat id is something we must ask you for as requested by our government for accounting and tax reasons. If you are in the process of registering your business and can’t provide this information yet, please provide us with the rest of the information and write your website where you offer your service in the tax id field.​
All the information we keep about your business regarding your membership subscription is stored safely in our protected database and will never be displayed anywhere on the Brainz website. We will never ask you for any private or sensitive information about you, your business, or your finances.
