  • Dr. Adam Mark Harrison, Leadership and Wellbeing Coach and Trainer, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Dr. Adam Harrison is a former physician who graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in the History of Medicine from The Wellcome Institute at University College London. He earned his medical degree from Imperial College London and practised clinically from 2000 to 2019, initially as a surgeon and later as a Family Physician, taking on his first medical leadership role in 2016. Additionally, he is a qualified Attorney-at-Law, having been called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2014, following the successful completion of his law degree and barrister training course, both undertaken at Nottingham Law School. In 2020, Adam obtained Diplomas in Life, Leadership, and Executive Coaching, becoming a certified coach. Having experienced burnout twice and having faced workplace bullying several times as a junior doctor, he developed a keen interest in burnout prevention, and confidence and mindset coaching for professionals who have been targets of workplace bullying. More recently, he has also been involved in supporting the perpetrators of workplace bullying through reflection and rehabilitation. As a former medical director and, drawing from his own experiences in organisations with toxic cultures, Adam assists leaders in cultivating kind workplace environments based on compassionate, servant, inclusive, and relational leadership models. The foundational philosophy behind his work on workplace bullying and detoxifying leadership cultures, is focused on mental and physical well-being, which aligns seamlessly with his efforts to support burned-out professionals. As a result, he works extensively in this area, designing and leading well-being workshops for organisations to promote and embed well-being cultures within their workplaces. He firmly believes in pursuing work that aligns with his core values - honesty, justice, gratitude, love, and humour - and feels this passion shines through in his work. Adam is a strong ally for women and has been a podcaster since May 2022, when he created and launched the show Inspiring Women Leaders (available at https://healthpodcastnetwork.com/show/inspiring-women-leaders or on your favourite podcast platform). Most recently Adam has enjoyed being engaged by multiple organisations from different countries in a variety of new roles, including medical advisor to two healthcare start-ups, and member of the Boards of Trustees of two New Zealand-based charities, with several other roles currently in consideration. He is married to an Attending Maxillofacial Surgeon, and they have two remarkable young daughters. Originally from the UK, they relocated to New Zealand in January 2024. • Rick Baker, Founder, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Rick Baker is a British entrepreneur, digital transformation strategist and thought leader specialising in Web3, tokenisation and institutional adoption. With 17+ years of experience across digital business, global education and marketing, and 8+ years working within Web3 and digital assets, Rick has built and launched ventures across the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem.   As founder of Tokenised Asset Academy™, Rick identified a critical barrier to the institutional adoption of tokenisation: while the technology and infrastructure are advancing rapidly, many organisations lack the regulatory understanding, governance, organisational capability and internal expertise required to implement tokenisation successfully.   To address this gap, Rick created IRAF™, the Institutional Readiness Assessment Framework™ — a proprietary methodology designed to make institutional readiness measurable, actionable and scalable. IRAF™ assesses organisations across the critical dimensions of tokenisation, combining structured readiness assessment, maturity scoring, gap analysis and AI-powered recommendations to help organisations understand where they are, what is missing and what needs to happen next.   Rick has developed Tokenised Asset Academy™ beyond traditional professional education into an institutional readiness platform, delivering online courses, in-person seminars, executive education and CPD-verified corporate training. He has established strategic relationships across the UK, UAE/GCC and Africa, working with organisations across tokenisation, Web3, education and financial services.   His work has received international recognition, including selection for the Web Summit ALPHA startup programme and multiple awards recognising innovation in blockchain, digital assets and education. Rick is also a speaker and writer on tokenisation, institutional readiness and the future of financial markets.   His long-term ambition is to establish institutional readiness as a recognised discipline and global standard for the tokenised economy helping bridge the gap between technological innovation and the institutions that will ultimately adopt it. • Donna R. Goldman, Culinary Intuitive & Refill Revolution Director, Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine

Donna Goldman is a Culinary Intuitive, Health Supportive Private Chef, mindfulness and sustainability coach, and the creator behind Recipes 4 Survival, a multimedia platform exploring mindful meals and sustainable living. With more than 26 years of professional culinary experience as a high-net-worth private chef, her perspective has been shaped by an extensive personal archive of recipes, techniques, and kitchen solutions that have stood the test of time. She believes that eating well should be both deeply pleasurable and practical—and that the choices made in the kitchen can ripple outward into the way we live and consume. Donna’s work extends beyond the plate. She is the Director of The Refill Revolution, a systems-level initiative focused on challenging the disposable culture embedded in everyday consumer goods. Its vision is simple but consequential: to develop a new model of consumption that makes it possible to refill, reuse, and rethink what we consume—and ultimately erode the mindless throwaway mentality built into modern life. Her perspective connects individual mindfulness with larger cultural and systemic change, from what we put on our plates to what we put in our shopping carts. Through her writing, teaching, podcasting, and culinary work, Donna encourages people to question the assumption that convenience must come at the expense of health, sustainability, or the planet. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, practicality, and the belief that meaningful change can begin with something as ordinary—and as powerful—as what we choose to eat, use, and consume every day.
